If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you with the option to:

  • Receive a refund for the unavailable item

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping options are shown at checkout before payment.

  • Economy Shipping: 5 to 8 business days — FREE
  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 4 business days — £15

3. Delivery Area

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

4. Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing takes place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

5. Delivery Address Changes

If you need to change your address, contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, changes may not be possible.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available.
