What will I receive?
Four 10 cm x 10cm squares of our most popular sizes: 10mm, 15mm, 20mm and 30mm. These can be used to make a decision on the thickness of mats you require before going ahead with a larger purchase.
What is the cost to receive gym mat samples?
The gym mat samples are free of charge, we just ask you to cover the shipping cost of £7.99.
Can I return the box for a refund?
As the rubber mat sample pieces are sent free of charge we cannot refund anything for samples returned to us. Please dispose of them responsibly (or use as gym-themed coasters!)
Gym Mat information
Our rubber floor gym colours are black SBR 1 x 1m tiles available in thicknesses 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 30mm and 40mm. The thicker the mat the better protection and less sound transfer.
The fine granules on top have a smooth surface, that provides excellent traction and slip prevention whereas the bottom has thicker and more dense granules to provide a high level of shock absorption which protects your equipment and floor underneath.
Easy installation - Each 1x1m mat is heavy meaning no adhesive is needed, simply push the mats together and the weight will keep them in place. We recommend using a brickwork pattern layout to prevent any potential gaps between the joints. This means laying one row of full tiles and then starting the next row at 0.5m offset.
The mats can be cut to size around awkward corners etc with a Stanley knife, make sure to have a couple of sharp blades ready though.
